Send it in

Ship from anywhere, drop it off, or use local pickup. Need a loaner in the meantime? Just ask.

Teardown & estimate

We diagnose the tool and send a detailed line-item estimate. Nothing is done until you approve it.

Rebuild

Worn parts are replaced with manufacturer parts, then the tool is cleaned, adjusted, and reassembled.

Pull test

A sample strap goes through our hydraulic pull tester to confirm the seal holds at full strength.

Back to work

Your tool comes home with its replaced parts, the test strap, and our 30-day warranty.
